Tending The BOP Experience
We are taking the entire BOP team offsite to Greenville for three days of training, fellowship, and shared experience. This is a meaningful time for work, swag, laughs and fellowship. It is deliberate cultivation — a team coming together in person, in a multi-location working environment, to grow in maturity, sharpen our craft, and align around 2026.
A site tour at OOBE on stewarding wealth toward generosity, then a live three-person pastor panel on feedback, scaling values across locations, and leading when you're not the founder. Capped by the Greenville Drive game — maturity is the stance, resonance is the crack of the bat at the moment of contact.
How we make AI our assistant rather than becoming Claude's assistant — leveraging AI to liberate owners from chaos while keeping relationships the priority. Afternoon: mapping our entire client experience front to back through a Fans First lens.

Because we are a multi-location team doing different work in different places, and proximity does not happen by accident — it has to be cultivated. Left untended, a multi-location team loses cohesion, loses the shared standard, and loses the muscle of giving and receiving honest feedback.
We are also at a hinge moment with AI. The risk is that technology either replaces the relationship that is our product, or sits unused as an ornament. We need the whole team to understand how AI serves the mission — liberating owners from chaos to make time for what matters most — rather than threatening it.
And our product is the client experience itself. If we cannot see it end to end, we cannot bring a Fans First mindset to it. You can't cultivate what you can't see.
This is BOP living its own values — Feedback & Relentless Learning, Work Worth Doing, the 85/15 — in the same room at the same time.
- A field of humility where feedback is the fertilizer. We want the team to leave able to give and receive honest feedback without flinching — to stop mistaking necessary feedback for unnecessary conflict.
- A team that carries appropriate authority even when they're not "the founder." We want every person to grow in humble confidence — to perpetuate the five core values and make autonomous, values-aligned decisions when needed, without waiting to be told.
- A team that uses AI as a liberating assistant and treats the client experience as a product worth being a fan of. We want everyone leaving knowing how to leverage technology to protect relationships, and carrying a Fans First ownership of the client journey.
We are causing a multi-location team to reinforce our commitment toward cohesive, mature ownership — giving feedback thoughtfully, carrying authority confidently, and tending the client experience like it matters.
- Thursday, June 11 — Opens 12:30 with the OOBE tour, runs through the evening Greenville Drive game
- Friday, June 12 — Full day of workshops at the HBA office
- Saturday, June 13 — Wraps mid-morning after the legacy sessions

Spouses are welcome at all meals, happy hours, the Thursday Greenville Drive game, the optional Thursday and Friday items, and the full Saturday program. The only team-only block is the Friday HBA workshop day (9:00–4:30).
